From the front desk staff to the PA who dealt with my son and I, a thoroughly pleasant experience. Professional, caring and light hearted. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible urgent care. I came here to handle a cat bite but they didn’t do anything besides a superficial wash with water and sent me home with some antibiotics. They totally missed how deep the bite was. Because they didn’t properly care for the wound, I ended up going to ER and had to stay for multiple days in the hospital. I will never come to this urgent care again.

I never had a better or faster doctor's visit. The woman doing the in- take was so nice and efficient. The doctor and his assistant were thorough and quick. Thumbs up!

Dr. Gregory Petrizzo and the girl taking information and inputting onto computer should realize that the exam room doors are paper thin before they start talking and laughing at the patient waiting in the exam room. So unprofessional!!!!

I am someone who rarely writes reviews but I feel the need to express a truly horrendous experience I had recently with Dr. Matthew Mavroson. I came in for a pretty basic issue; he barely examined me and said I was fine and to go home and take Tylenol. I expressed that I wanted to get checked out because I have an autoimmune disease and typically it takes longer for me to recover from basic issues, such as common colds, sinus infections, etc and I asked what I should do in the event that I don’t start feeling better within a certain period of time. Dr. Mavroson then proceeded to respond in a condescending and defensive manner upon my asking of a these relevant questions as to his decision to my treatment plan. As the conversation continued he became increasingly aggressive in his communication, even going as far as mocking me with his tone. I politely said, “I’m not sure where the conversation took a turn to become aggressive but I would appreciate if you didn’t speak to me this way.” He then proceeded to laugh in my face and storm out of the room. When I asked his name, said “find it on your discharge papers” I was truly dumbfounded and was shaking from the experience. I did wind up reporting him to HR but I felt strongly to follow up with this review. This isn’t a restaurant where you just have a poor experience and can get a slap on the wrist. This is healthcare. It is very clear that this provider is not mentally stable enough to navigate conversations with his patients and I would be truly so scared if I had an actual life threatening issue and was left in the care of this doctor. I hope CityMD hears this as a plea to engage in helping to improve the healthcare in our country by holding providers who are verbally abusive to their patients accountable and I genuinely hope they intend to do something about this traumatic experience.

The lady at the front desk was heartless, rude, arrogant, every name in the book. My kid was gushing blood from his head and she told me to fill out a form to sign in before he was seen. The kid was in pain, from the fall he had and urgent care was the closest spot to take him to get this checked out. They should have looked at him immediately. Horrible experience and this person should not be working with people at all.

I’ve been feeling sick for 4 days. I came in with flu like symptoms to get tested. The assistant gave me a flu/covid test and waited 10 minutes which was fine. The Doctor that came in was Usman Ali PA, Pasup. Had a attitude from the start. Asked me why am I here? I answered “I have flu like symptoms. He said “yeah you do have the flu type “A” “in a nasty tone. He said I should have come sooner and he said its pointless for me to be there now. What doctor or assistant says that?! He also checked my ears with his otoscope and he shoved it in my ear so hard almost seemed like he had something against me. I do not recommend this doctor and hope he either changes his ways or quits his practice all together he is not in the right field.
