So I’d like to tell you all about the wonderful experience I’m having at WellNest Studio. I’m in my 70’s and for various reasons have not been doing any exercise for over 5 years. I decided to take back my body so I could enjoy the next phase of my life - retirement!!! A friend told me about WellNest and I decided to give them a try. As a middle-aged runner managing several minor chronic injuries (calf, heel, IT band etc.), the massage service they offer is therapeutic and relaxing while being reasonably priced compared to other local spas.
I have been a client of Wellnest from the start of their business and all I can tell you is they will go beyond to make sure their clients get the best fit whether they are looking for classes or the perfect massage. The owners Bill & Nicole have certainly built a wonderful business for the community. I know their business will continue to grow throughout the future. Just give them a try you won’t be sorry.
