I dropped off four items on Friday hoping they would be ready for Saturday pick-up and was very pleased that they were actually ready on Friday. There used to be a one-day turn-around on cleaning, but during and after COVID, it would take much longer. Glad it is back to the way it used to be.

The people working at this location are fantastic. Cheerful service. Last time I was there I had left a credit card in a pocket and the woman onsite ran out to my car to return it. Great job.

Absolutely the BEST! Dropped off three flags, which were due to be done at 5pm next day. Needed one for a funeral service hours before the allotted pick-up time, and the staff in Latham and State Street, Schenectady worked their magic and actually finished all three and had them ready in record time. Excellent customer service ~ they are helpful and courteous, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much BEST Cleaners!!!
