The lady will drop you from the class if you were late by 1 minute, forcing you to pay her again in order to re-take the class. The other reviews are true, her attitude is very condescending because she knows you have no other options in getting back your driving privileges. Do not take this driving program if you actually need help for DWI related issue.

Reviews are accurate. The woman who runs this program is up on a high horse and treats people like dirt. She got me for $800 and I had to sign up for the classes 3 different times because of her scheduling conflicts or her lack of response. You might get her on the phone one time if you’re lucky and she will degrade and belittle you if she does. She KNOWS you can’t talk back to her because you need her to get your license back so she abuses that fact. I find it laughable that this is basically the only option in WNY to clear NYS DDP program, shame on them.
