I recently had an appointment at Southern Tier Family Dentistry, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Mitchener and Shannon, the dental assistant. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and understanding that truly made a difference. I must admit that I was extremely anxious and even found myself in tears, but Dr. Mitchener and Shannon went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The dentists and staff here are excellent! They are friendly and efficient. Susan gives excellent dental cleanings. I appreciate the program they offer, where I pay a small monthly fee and it covers my routine dental care & xrays, plus offers a discount on other dental needs.

Really enjoy the friendly staff and feel comfortable to go for a appointment! And they make you feel really welcome and are knowledgeable about what needs to be taken care of. I would recommend them to all my friends and family which I have already.
