Great care by people who care. The entire staff is very knowledgeable. They challenge you to meet your goals by respecting your abilities. My family and I are very thankful for all thee help over the years.

I injured my back late last year by lifting too much too often. A lower back (L5-S1) disk began to bulge and caused a lot of pain in my lower back, down my leg and into my foot. Steroids and my own exercises did nothing so I started PT with John early November. After about two months of decompression and special exercises twice a weekI am 95% healed! Throughout the experience John was in constant contact to determine the weekly effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. I was reminded to do my “homework” assignments as often as I could tolerate as well. Each session was great with either John or his assistants. Excellent care every time! Knowledgeable and personable staff.

Came to them post labrum repair surgery. Brother had come for aggravated groin injury and could barely walk. Was back to playing basketball within days.

Best in the area, hands down!
