Came out quick! Very personable and nice! Unfortunately, out problem is beyond anything any of the local companies can fix. Andrew even tried calling around to other companies trying to find anyone who could help me. Definitely went above and beyond trying to help me.
McCandless were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had water problems. They took the time to give us quotes before hand and explain the process they were doing. They also took the time to figure out the specific issue instead of just telling us to drill a new well. They put in a new reserve tank for our basement and figured out our pump was not the issue so they did not charge for a pump even though that was the plan and quote before they started. Highly recommend McCandless Well Drilling to everyone
Our well had almost completely stopped providing water. I called them and they were at our place within an hour and a half. The technicians were polite and knowledgable. They investigated the issue, provided options, and made recommendations. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
