My mom passed at my home in Virginia. I called Donny in the middle of the night and he helped me navigate my mom's return to NY - he coordinated with an organization in Virginia arranging her journey home. I told Donny the plan that my mom and I discussed and he helped me execute the plan perfectly. He worked closely with the church, where a mass was held, and with the cemetery where mom was laid to rest. Everything went very well. My family and I were pleased and I am sure mom was too. I can't thank Donny and his staff at Meserole Five Towns Funeral Home enough.
During a trying and most difficult time in my life I chose the right funeral home. Funeral Director Don handled my loved one with the best, gentle, and top notch care. He is respectful, responsible, knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, courteous, and funny. Thanks and appreciation to Don and team for going above and beyond for my family, in regards to my Brother, at this most difficult and sad time. Everything was done meticulously.All our questions were answered and preparations were made and carried out well.
My brother was well tended to and appeared to just be sleeping.
All Cemetary arrangements were also done perfectly.
