This company built our new summer home and they we're Great to work with .Friendly and respectful staff. Wonderful job on our new home and 3 weeks ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise to be in our home earlier than initially expected. They also own the Modular Home Company which we used for the home portion and this company did the rest including foundation excavation of the dirt and our covered porch and decks. We will be calling them for a two car garage this year so we can park our car indoors for the winter. They truly are the best!

I worked with John Makovic and his crew for the site work portion of my home. Funny enough, his Modular Home Company is who my neighbors used in Rockland county 7-8 years ago and when I went to his Makovic Homes modular home center I was informed that they also offer total turn key construction. That's where Makovic Construction came in and prepared everything for our new modular home. I did alot of research before choosing them.
