I cannot stress how caring and efficient the doctors and staff have been during my experience. They were so accommodating with getting me scheduled for my initial appt. and the follow-up treatment. I was in incredible pain, and this meant a great deal (other spine doctors have a two to four-week wait!). All the staff and medical team members I encountered were so nice and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in expert hands, from Dr. Smith to Dr. Berr, the technicians, Nurse Barbara, and the administrative staff.
