Receptionist clearly does not value customer service. Obviously- this does not seem to be her passion. Spoke with an absolutely miserable receptionist this morning. A customer service representative should strive to help people in need and be able to answer basic questions as well as provide the service that they are representing. I am unsure why the woman I spoke with felt it was necessary to be so aggressive to me this morning, but I can assure you that I would never bring an animal into a place that is so quick to become aggressive. I hope the woman I spoke with is able to find peace with whatever is going on in her life to make her so miserable to speak with.

Henry Travis has taken care of all my pets, starting with my parents poodles. He’s that old time passionate vet. I brought my first Doberman to him 55 years ago. His lovely daughter carries on the tradition. You can’t find a better practice anywhere❤️

When the first point of contact is a phone call, it’s so important to be kind and answer with a positive attitude. Whoever was answering phones for morning shift 8/18, was the opposite of this. After just a 10 second phone call it solidified I would never recommend anyone here or come here myself just based on how the woman was speaking to me. A good attitude goes a long way.

We have taken our pets here for over 20 years, with Dr. Travis and more recently, Dr. Lindsey. They have been great, always thoughtful, caring and most importantly, they always listen to our concerns. I have the upmost faith that they always have the best interest of our pet driving their care and decision making. Highly recommend Fort Hill!

In the past I have had great experiences at this place with my dogs. Travis doctors are very kind.it's just annoying how they only take cash or check. They also make it so difficult to get a prescription thru chewy just for like anti-tick and anti heartworm stuff. I also think they're making another vet building close by, so they really need to realize their competition. overall, they're polite to clients but you can just feel the tension in there, like staff wise... Maybe they were just stressed when I was there last, I don't know, but I just felt tension between staff. they are also in such a rush all the time and it makes me not feel important. they didn't give my dog any TLC and barely even clean the place after they had to deal with my dogs anal glands. so I don't know, they're okay. They were better before, they can try a little harder. This probably wasn't their intention but they kind of made me feel like I was inconveniencing them somehow and I was there for like 10 minutes

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Sometimes when you go to vets you get nervous "how much is this going to cost?" and you get hit with a $500 bill at the end.. and you have to pay it. To be seen is only $80, and they go above and beyond to explain to you the different options regarding pricing for tests/medications and let you decide how much you would like to spend. You can tell this place isn't just about making money, but they genuinely care. Also - my dog is not very friendly with others so they allow me to come in the back door to make sure everyone is safe and happy :) Lastly, when i needed a refill on medication for a UTI they happily prescribed it without needing another visit to be seen. They're amazing.
