This review is specifically for Danielle Riggio - Danielle executed in every area I was looking for. She was paid to do a job and never once let me down. Danielle researched different areas in LI, considered location as it pertained to my office, places of worship, shopping, family, friends, bars and more. She considered values of homes and let me know what issues to look for such as old heating, dated electrical boxes, septic tanks, water damage and more. Danielle Riggio is trustworthy and does have her buyers and sellers best interest at heart. I have known her for several years and many of her buyers and sellers and they always are happy and satisfied.
I recently sold my coop while buying my first house at the same time and I am so grateful I had the pleasure of having Danielle Riggio as my agent. The whole process went incredibly smoothly on both ends. She went above and beyond every expectation. I highly recommend her and definitely will be referring her to my own friends and family!!!
