They were literally so mean for no reason. Rude, condescending, impatient, and mad at me for being allergic to something?? Also forgot to call in an important antibiotic for me that they said they’d call in! Never going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went on Christmas Eve and the woman at the desk told me they aren’t taking walk-ins no one was in the waiting room when I arrived I told them I wasn’t feeling well and I wanted to take a Covid test before I went to see my father with lung cancer and they said they can’t see me cause it’s By appointment only when I told her but nobody is in the waiting room. She said well two patients are 45 minutes late and they had to wait for them. Very disappointed will never go back ever again.

I have call this place numerous of times...they don't answer the phone....I let my Phone ring until I arrived at the ProHealth..I asked the girl what is the phone number here....she looks at the phone sees that it is ringing tells me the number ask me what I want as if she does not want to be bothered. Has the phone on SILENT ringing.....this is not right this is peoples health and they have the nerve to put the phone on SILENT and this is a medical facilty.

Got sick with COVID-19 while visiting NY. Check in very easy, saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and had a prescription for paxlovid sent to pharmacy of my choice. Doctor, nurse, all staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care.

the P. A that treated me was very bad, didn't know what she was doing... I had Covid then , and never give me meds for it, never will I go back to that place

The PA that they had was one of the worst most incompetent I have ever met in the medical community. I work frequently alongside many medical professionals. Truly disappointing after having good experiences at this location over the years. Besides Being incompetent she traumatized my son. God help anyone that comes into contact with this PA. She’s completely lost and has no idea what she’s doing

Worst experience. Don’t go to this location. They just wanted to pack up and leave on time which I understand but it was not my fault my work place didn’t provide all the information needed. I recommend going to other location they were more helpful and respectful.

Suboptimal to put it lightly. Don't waste your time going here for anything. All they'll tell you is to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. Not once have I actually been helped by this place. Total waste of time every time.
