My second experience with the team. Helped me with hip & back issues so came back for shoulder problems two years later. They teach you exercises you can do on your own to sustain the healing going forward. Great team to work with.

Had a lower back injury 3 times within a span of 4 months. The pain was so bad I couldn't lift my legs, could barely walk or move let alone get out of bed.John worked with me for several weeks that the strength and mobility have improved so much that I feel like my back is fully healed. Like I'm my healthy self again! I am so happy and appreciative for ALL that he's done for me. Thank you Integrated Chiropractic and Physical Therapy!Recommend 100%
