Jose was amazing to deal with. He is very kind and understanding when you are in the situation to need their services. Jose was always available to answer any questions and communicated regularly with updates on the process. Jose made this difficult time a little easier to deal with knowing he was working on our behalf to organize all the moving parts to put everything in place. Can’t say enough great this about how great Jose was to work with!!

I have used Total Comfort for all my HVAC needs for close to 30 years. I trust the technicians to shoot me straight. Yesterday Matthew came out, first time I met him but he was very professional and knowledgeable. Today Roscoe came out for an install. Roscoe has been doing installs and maintenance on my units for many years. I always ask for him by name. Great to have that continuity!

Had a wonderful experience with ServPro! They cleaned out the basement of all the old wood and materials, as well as ripping out the old insulation that was falling out of place. Extremely happy with the service provided!
