I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff were. My husband had an injury a few hours before a flight out of town, heading home. Kay, Jared and Jong( PA) were beyond amazing. They were kind, and provided excellent care. Working as an Administrator in health care I understand how taxing the bedside work can be. They made us feel as though we were priority. My husband got a few sutures and we made our flight home. Thank you!
The Hewlett location is our go to with 4yr old. Besides accurate diagnosis, the staff always goes above and beyond to make our little guy comfortable.Their patience and knack for getting kids to do stuff is truly why we come two towns over rather than go to the down the block pm pediatrics. Keep up the great work, this family truly appreciates it!
Came with my wife and she tested positive+ for Covid. Because of my medical history, they tested me. I was negative, but they sent out sample to Northwell Lab for PCR test. Received email the next day, still positive. 4 days later, I just tested positive. The PA was excellent as were the rest of the people working there that evening.
