Dr. Sidra is excellent! She immediately put me at ease and kept me updated and checked in during the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable! Jo is also incredible! Patient care and comfort is a priority for everyone here and I am so happy I made the switch to Finger Lakes Dental in Henrietta!
I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a long time now. Finally found this group and so glad I did! My first appt was today and it was so much better than I hoped. Yay I’ve found by new dental group! Highly recommend!
The staff and dentists are extremely kind. Put my anxiety at ease. I have one issue but don't want that to detract from the staff. They accept insurance but you have to pay the bill in full and then they will bill your insurance. I've never had that before but I would of been ok with it if they would of told me before hand. I could of found another dentist. I wasn't informed until I got an estimate and presented the bill for today's brief exam and xrays. They need to be upfront and transparent about their billing practices. Loved the staff but I won't be going back. I have insurance so I don't have to pay thousands upfront.
