I was able to get my dog in to see someone in just over an hour from the time I called. I only had to wait about 5 minutes in the waiting room and all the staff were super kind and attentive.
The staff at Ark greet you with a smile and they are very kind and compassionate. They have excellent follow up. Upon arrival, they took us to a room right away. Dr. Markey was very professional and very gentle with our chihuahua. She asked us alot of questions and explained everything to us. She put us at ease. She returned our phone calls even though she wasn't in the office. We would highly recommend Ark to everyone.
Our cat had new onset eye cloudiness and was squinting and acting different. Ark got us in same day and the vet we had was great, all staff were great with my cat and I left with some steroid eye drops after they ruled out anything serious. We are happy with our experience at ark!
