Dr Palmer was very knowledgeable but it seem like the appointment was rushed through. One of the reasons I went was for hyperpigmentation. The Dr told me she knew of a product I can use which would help. At the end of the appointment when checking out at the front I was told nothing was prescribed but I would have to pay for the products sold there out of pocket. Just one of the products alone was about $150. I asked if there was anything the doctor could prescribe and I was told no. I ended up purchasing a different product which was a bit cheaper for $80. When I got home and looked into the product, I see it is originally sold for about $45 which means this office is charging double for products. Overall I don’t think I will return to this office again as it seems they only care about selling their products rather than actually trying to help.

Dr Palmer figured out the cause of my persistent acne and hyperpigmentation. She has healed my skin and helped me to regain my confidence! You can tell that Dr Palmer is passionate about what she does, you can't beat the energy and excitement she shows when she sees great results. Would highly recommend going to see her for your skin concerns!!

While Dr. Palmer was very nice and the office staff as well, I am floored at the price charged for filler when they don’t even use the whole syringe. Nor do they give you the option to use the whole stringe. Got lip and face filler and can’t even notice a difference. Very expensive lesson learned to go elsewhere for filler and Botox. Highly recommend for medical however.

We found this practice to be shockingly difficult to communicate with. Takes weeks to get someone to pick up the phone, and once they do answer, they promise results but don't deliver. We are going on 6 weeks of trying to get a prior authorization for an important medicine for my son. Needless to say - this is too much work and we have switched to a different dermatologist who is far more responsive. I don't know how you can run a business like this.

Dr. K and Dr. P are both fantastic. Skilled and personable. I gave up on them a few years ago because it was so difficult to get an appointment that wasn't weeks away, sometimes over a month away. Today I gave them another shot. Same story. Victims of their own success, I guess. I genuinely wish them well.

The Front Desk employees are exceedingly Unprofessional, Curt, Nasty and Rude. Whatever the reason the doctor chooses to keep them. She should fire them or have them attend a school for training. Bottom line: Don't choose this dermatology office. There are so many other highly capable and better dermatology professionals. Pass right by these unprofessional front desk and support personnel..

This was the first time I've been to a doctor of any sort & felt the way that I did. My appt was with Dr. Kitchin. Her front desk staff was rude. The woman barely wanted to deal with me and it showed in her mannerism. Then when the doctor came in the room. In the midst of explaining to her why I was there she cut me off and started to tell me what medicine she thought that I should take. She said that she doesn't why I just developed acne but it can be a number of things. I think if you would listen to the patient especially A NEW PATIENT then it would help you better assess the situation. She prescribed a medication that she told me my insurance would not cover but there were these "special" pharmacies that she worked with and they would deliver it to my house no matter how far and I would probably pay less that $100. I asked her why wouldn't she try my insurance first and she insisted that they wouldn't cover it. I was so confused because this medication can't possibly be the only one on the market and then she was also very adamant about me buying the face wash that she sold in the office. This woman clearly has some agreement with the pharmaceutical companies so she only prescribes medication that insurances Deny and they sell. I felt like a specimen. She talked into her iPad the entire time. It was horrible and the absolute WORSE experience ever. Again, she didn't even really look at my skin to see what was wrong. I was able to find another dermatologist in Scarsdale who had an availability the next time and can you believe he was able to prescribe me actual medication that didn't come from a "special" pharmacy. He also gave me the name of three vitamins he would like me to add to my daily regime and explained why he suggested them. He examined my skin. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that I would be fine but try to be patient. Please do NOT waste your time with this dermatologist.
