These folks are crazy busy, and we couldn't get an appointment, but they let us bring in our paperwork and drop it off so they could take care of our return in time to get it submitted before the 15th. I'd recommend them to everyone.
The staff wasn’t what I expected of “tax folk”. Everyone we dealt with was professional but personable. Tim left no stone unturned when looking for every possible way to maximize our return and even got us our largest refund I’ve had in the last 16 years of filing.
