I have been seeing Paula Jennings for sound bath energy healing sessions for several months now. She is a master of her craft. My life is just beginning to evolve due the introspective work I have been doing with Paula. I highly recommend her.

Made my first visit to SomaWell on Saturday and it's really a lovely place. Clean, bright, and open located up on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the water. They offered an intro to TriYoga, which I had never tried (no pun intended) before so I hopped right on that. The class was taught by a very clear and compassionate teacher and I walked away with a better understanding of what this style of yoga was about. It is unlike any kind I've tried before and if I had to describe how it made me feel I'd say it's still work but you leave feeling very relaxed. Moreso than other types I've tried. In addition to our appointment based services we also offer daily yoga classes, meditation, mindfulness classes, and other groups and special events in our beautiful studio with a view of Huntington harbor.
