From the start nothing but excellent service. Dominique getting me an early appointment and helping with my insurance. And John doing the MRI and helping me calm my nerves, this will definitely be my number 1 place to visit should I need their services again.

The tech, John, was fantastic. I usually have a really hard time with MRIs but he made it completely doable. He was super kind, explained what would happen in detail, and was patient with my questions. You can also ask for disposable ear plugs if you want them, and it helps that there’s a TV so you have something to focus on other than the loud noises.Office-wise, the people I spoke to on the phone were great, really helpful.I can’t get over how much easier this MRI was than I thought it would be. I so appreciate how humane the radiologist John made the experience.

Excellent faclity. Catalina the in take person was beyond wonderful. Had issue with ins and she generously patiently and kindly worked with me until the issue was resolved. She even lent me her power cord for my phone !!The process was fast and easy given its a MRIThe MRI tech Julia was very considerate.Hope I don’t need another MRI. But if you need one this is the place.Thank you
