The tech, John, was fantastic. I usually have a really hard time with MRIs but he made it completely doable. He was super kind, explained what would happen in detail, and was patient with my questions. You can also ask for disposable ear plugs if you want them, and it helps that there’s a TV so you have something to focus on other than the loud noises.Office-wise, the people I spoke to on the phone were great, really helpful.I can’t get over how much easier this MRI was than I thought it would be. I so appreciate how humane the radiologist John made the experience.

Excellent faclity. Catalina the in take person was beyond wonderful. Had issue with ins and she generously patiently and kindly worked with me until the issue was resolved. She even lent me her power cord for my phone !!The process was fast and easy given its a MRIThe MRI tech Julia was very considerate.Hope I don’t need another MRI. But if you need one this is the place.Thank you

The technician at Stand Up MRI was outstanding but the girl at the front desk is lazy. I needed the test to be faxed to my doctor. I didn’t have fax number and she was too lazy and too unprofessional to just call and get it. I supplied my doctors name and number. I forgot to call and get the fax which is my fault; but you would think she would have called to get it. While I was waited by for my CD she was playing on her cell phone. I’m at my doctor now and there’s no written report. Terrible customer service.
