All they care about is your money , not worth it , garbage surgeon very low quality of work . I was not happy with the results!

I recently underwent a life-changing rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Sean Alemi, MD, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. My experience with Dr. Alemi and his entire team, including his nurse and the anesthesia doctor, was nothing short of exceptional. Do not go here! Big hype of how great he is with his self promotion. They had a surgeon that preformed their breast surgery that went home on Friday and never returned. Now I have a problem and they cannot produce my medical records!!! The facial surgery he does is not very good either... close to zero results. All he is interested in is taking pics for social media. The doctor that does the injectables also drooped my eye with botox. He said it was normal. And you will be left in the waiting room for hours.

Please consider this: Dr. Jacono is more of a wannabe social media influencer than a superdoc cosmetic surgeon. He overshares everything about his personal life - family, cooking, parties, workouts, wine, women and song. He pulls in potential clients with reels of personal information. This tactic creates a false sense of familiarity. The potential client feels like they know him. Familiarity creates a false sense of security. It's a beautiful, manipulative marketing plan. I paid over $100,000 for a very unsatisfactory face/neck lift. Although I am fully vaccinated (with two booster shots), I wear a mask when I go out in public. How convenient! No one can see my crooked nose and severely downturned mouth, compliments of Dr. Andrew Angelo Jacono. Don't trust your face to him.

I wish I'd read these before! I went in for a V-Y lip lift, since he was meant to be the best at it. He was extremely personable...until my lips weren't healing properly after almost 2 years post-surgery. The inside incision is painful, my top lip is HUGE and swollen, and oozing lymphatic fluid constantly from the Y incision line. The philtrum is skew to the right, and pulled down to be even longer. When I eat or drink anything - hot cold or room temp - my top lip swells like a boxer. The sides of my top lip hang down, and I constantly bite them. I can't talk clearly because of the flaps hanging. And it feels and looks like I'm wearing a boxer's mouthguard. And when I eat, food sticks to the top lip where the lymphatic fluid leaks, creating a line that's disgusting. My top teeth are completely covered which looks stupid, and it's changed my whole face. I had this surgery because I didn't want any scars, and wanted it to look natural. And now I look like I've just been injected with a ton of filler, and it looks ridiculous. Everyone comments on it, and it's embarrassing. And at $15,000 for a 30 minute procedure, you'd think I'd get excellent after-care. But for the last 3 months, all of my appointments have been cancelled. And when I insisted on seeing him, I was given 5 minutes, told that it feels like I have an abcess, and get an mri. It then took the medical team 7 weeks to fax through the clinical notes to the imaging dept so I could be approved for insurance. They were rude to me and to the clinic, and when they finally send notes through, they were rejected by insurance because not signed. I had to call daily for almost 7 weeks before they finally did anything, and I was approved. And then it took me calling for almost 2 weeks to follow upon the mri results. The constant promise was: "The medical team will get back to you" - and then nothing. Yesterday, I finally get a call from someone, saying: There's nothing we can do. The mri showed nothing. Dr Jacono suggests you see a neurologist", and like that, I was blown off, with a deformed mouth, to sort it out myself. I can't get to see him for a thorough examination to see why the incision is painful, or why it's oozing fluid. So now I'll be going to another lip surgeon to fix the disasterous mess that has been made of my face. The only advice I received from him was to have a bulhorn life for another $12,000, since now my lip has become even longer from the surgery. If I'd wanted that, I'd have had it done initially...and with another doctor. Like Dr Gary Linkov who charges $6,000 instead of his $20,000! He's extremely personable, but am angry and disappointed by being so blindsided that a so-called professional team and Top Facial surgeon are throwing a client to the gutter, deformed from his hand, and without trying to help. Seems one only gets attention if you're famous, or going to be spending a ton of money. The only comment I get from the staff is "I'm sorry you feel that way." It's not a feeling - it's a physical deformity that I've been left with, in the middle of my face!! Shame on you!!! I do NOT recommend, obviously!

Dr. Jacono is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had surgery with him in 2019. He kept me waiting for over 3 hours for follow up appointments, which seemed to be the common experience for all of the other patients in the waiting room. And I then waited 5 months for another follow up appointment to address an imperfection, and the day of the appointment his office called to reschedule the appointment to four months later. All he cares about is getting you in and taking your money, and then he is done with you. I strongly recommend finding another doctor.

Dr Jacono did a face lift neck lift as well as some other things the cost was 70,000 which I would not of minded had he done a great job . Not only did he do a terrible job leaving my neck tethered and under my neck very uneven to the point of embarrassment he also left me with severe nerve damage to the point of being disabled. It is horrible and he refuses to acknowledge it or offer anything to help. He put Botox injections in which did nothing . My face is also not right . The pulling and pain in my neck and head are horrible . I have gone to a nerve specialist that will hopefully be able to help but he has to severe the nerves leaving my face numb . Dr Jacono is ignoring coming up with anyway to actually help. he has ruined my life.

Last year I booked a consult with Jacono two months in advance. Took the day off work and took the train two hours in to see him. After waiting an hour I was told his schedule changed and I'd have to reschedule the consult. His office staff (at that time) were very kind and professional and offered me a free consult whenever I could return due to the massive inconvenience of losing a day of work, a $200 train ticket and more. They said when I was able to come back, whenever that was, they would squeeze me in. Three months ago I called to make that appt and the front desk person told me she didn't have me in the system and someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. Finally, after three more calls, someone called me today to tell me, indeed, all that info was in the system and she could book my new consult. But after 15 mins on phone, she told me the consult may not be able to be comped as I was promised because of how he's in higher demand now (Higher than a year ago when I was made that promise and told it held true for whenever I could come in). I don't know how him making more money right now would make my reimbursement for the trouble caused me that day and my money and work lost agreement void? Unethical and deeply disturbing office practices. The woman on phone wouldn't answer me when I asked this, instead she only said "I'm not going to get into this" and told me a manager would call me back (Great! More time wasted on phone calls.) But, as suspected, nobody has called me. Very bizarre and unprofessional behavior. Do not recommend. Integrity and honesty is so important. There is something off about his office practices and their staff.

I waited two hours to see this PS. My appointment was between surgeries. He was abrasive and condescending. His patient coordinator quoted me a ridiculous price for my procedure. Over 100K! I can't believe the American Board of Plastic Surgery doesn't regulate surgeons like him. I found a wonderful PS who gave me amazing results for the average cost for this procedure. Do your research. Go to the best, and not to the most popular PS on social media.

Dr Jacono did a terrible job. He is the most expensive in NYC, so I thought he would be the best. Instead, this has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The surgery he did made my eyes completely uneven even after a couple attempts. I will never look the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself and your money and go somewhere else.
