Please be aware that this salon will double charge you for services based on “salon overhead” I went there for a hair extension service, the wrong color extensions were ordered and the wrong length , the stylist didn’t seem to care when I addressed the concerned. They up charged the actual hair by $400 and I found this information out by another salon that fixed my hair. I can understand an up charge but $400 went to an inexperienced stylist who did an awful install. They just didn’t care it went straight into her pocket over $1400 was spent at this salon , that is highway robbery if u ask me, they cannot justify products or labor because there wasn’t any. Please see photo below. I could have ordered the hair myself. You don’t need a license to order the hair that they use look at the pictures it looks like I’m wearing a bad wig .They did offer a complimentary color after I asked for them to fix their mistake,. Anyone can see for themselves , go to JZ Styles and look up 24 inch chocalte Jtied extensions and you will see the price of $660 , they charged me 1000! That money went their salon overhead!! Maybe if u need to charge the client almost 50% mark up maybe your business isn’t doing so because of the problem that they caused but I refused to go back to that salon .

They’ll charge u 300 without tip for a highlight u can get done for 170 plus tip. Plus they have literally children working on ur hair what a joke

This is the MOST amazingly beautiful salon. Step into the door and be greeted by lovely Rhonda. All the stylists are professional and very kind. Love how Julie cuts my hair. Owner Jen is a treasure. Highly recommend this quality salon.

This place never disappoints! This place is clean and the staff are all really friendly. Emma was my stylist today and she is now my all time favorite! Her spunk and warm charisma makes you feel so welcomed and special. She did such a great job making sure the chemistry of the dye worked out as planned. 10/10 recommend! Emma you rock!

I have visited the salon two times I figured the first time it was just trial and error, second time was even worse. I did try to cancel the appointment prior to the time but the woman answering the phone said that I would still have to pay for the service regardless, she would not bend either way, even though I wanted to just make another appointment because an emergency came up. I put the emergency in someone else's hands regretfully. I did get my haircut. I looked like a disaster when I walked out the door not happy with the haircutting there at all and it's definitely not worth the price even though that was not a factor when I went there. I will not mention the girls name, but the girl cutting my hair was very polite and nice although she was to New at cutting hair and unfortunately, my haircut showed it. Since this experience, I have gone to a different salon, which I am extremely happy with, I wish I could have left a better review, but it definitely was not possible.
