I loved the instructor (Vanessa I believe) for the Yoga 1 class. She was funny and relaxed and very helpful. I was disappointed in myself for not going for a few years and embarrassed to let it get to that point, so I figured I would go somewhere I was familiar with. Vanessa created a relaxed judgement free zone and was funny which made me feel at home and excited to get back into things.

Dan, who was working the front desk was very polite. He called us before our appointment to confirm if it was okay if we were sharing the salt room with another party which I thought was really respectful and courteous, in which my party didn't mind! The ambiance of the place was peaceful and calming. This was our first time and we were gifted with the salt room experience, which overall was really cool. I already recommended it to my friends who have never heard of it! We will definitely be back in the future for another experience!

Soma Cura provides a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Alternative Yoga instructors encourage and challenge participants, which helps build confidence. All associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to utilizing other services offered at Soma Cura.
