I absolutely love this office! Dr. Macdonnall is so nice and has helped me with my labs more than any other Dr. without a ton of prescriptions. She takes time to always listen and explain things. I wish I found them years ago.

Without explanation, vertigo severely impacted my quality of life. I visited the emergency room initially for a diagnosis, then a specialist who offered movements that helped, but the relief was minimal. With vestibular therapy scheduled over 6-weeks out, I turned to acupuncture for relief. Dr. Macdonnell was sensitive and considerate to my situation. She listened to my experience and affectively treated my symptoms with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She also offered me guidance with lifestyle changes. Within 2 weeks, my vertigo was gone! Even when I tried to trigger it, I couldn't. I continued therapy weekly for 5 weeks, and will continue to see Dr. Macdonnell for health and wellness. I am so grateful to her and her gift of healing through acupuncture and whole care of mind, body, and spirit. I was in a dark place, and now have an entirely new outlook on my self. North Country Holistic Care has been an incredible experience. The staff are kind and caring, scheduling was easy, the office is welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend acupuncture with Dr. Macdonnell to anyone suffering from health issues. She is the BEST doctor I've seen, offering real solutions and healing the issue.

I went to Dr McDonnell based on a good friend's recommendation and I am so pleased I did. Dr McDonnell took the time to educate me as to how I could obtain my health goals with clear explanations and concrete information based on my lab results. In the 10 months I have been working with Dr Diane, my labs are now in the optimal range. I am very impressed with the knowledge, care and time Dr McDonnell takes and the results have been staggering.

I love the service they provide and I am improving immensely. The acupuncturist, Diane, and all the staff are very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and pretty. I like the fact that Daniel calls a day ahead to remind me of my appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! Most disrespectful group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. The “Doctor” flat out disrespects veterans, the VA, and refused to treat me after the referral was issued through the VA. He called me “bud” and spoke to me like I’m a child, when in fact I am a grown man, veteran. They throw a stack of paperwork at me, and threatened to have me trespassing if I refuse to fill out their paperwork. They rescued to call the VA, and instead put the burden and blame on me for their own shortcomings. Do not Go here! You will regret it!
