Kate did an amazing job with the hydrafacial gold. I have sebaceous filaments on my nose and have always felt very insecure about it. Day two from the facial and none to be found. She is professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. My face has never felt or looked better. Would recommend booking with Kate!

I went for a hydra facial with Kate and it was amazing! She was so informative throughout the session and really helped me get to the bottom of what was happening with my skin and how to keep it clear and healthy. My skin has never looked so glowy since the facial. Kate walked me through each step of what she was doing and what each product was doing for my skin. It felt amazing and my skin could not have looked better! Allie at the front desk was also wonderful! Definitely recommend!

I had signed up to be a practice model for laser hair removal for a provider to practice and build her skills. Unfortunately the provider is no longer with this company. After I was told the provider was no longer with their practice I was scheduled with another provider which they seemed to be okay with at first, turns out the communication is poor and my appointment was canceled 1.5 hours before. The front desk (Carly)that called was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. When I signed up to be a practice model I was told I was getting the full 6-8 treatments depending on how my hair took to the treatment. I have only completed 4 treatments on 2/3 of the areas and only completed 1 treatment on the other area (I was too tan in this area so it couldn’t be started with the rest). When on the phone with front desk (Carly) as she was cancelling my appointment I asked if we could work out a price for the rest of the treatments and she said that corporate said no that they were cancelling all of the appointments from the past provider and since we didn’t have a written contract we will not be moving forward. This company is very distasteful and communication is terrible.
