John was so helpful and knowledgeable about the processes for cleaning some old rugs I had acquired as well as some modern rugs we had at home that had been stained and damaged. He was realistic about repairs that were worth it, or not, and they executed them well. I had no qualms about them handling our rugs and I am only sorry I didn't find them sooner. An added plus - they picked up and dropped off all of the pieces!

Megerian rugs expertly cleaned and repaired heirloom rug and set it down in my living room, cutting the pad to fit the rug and ensuring that it was centered. I am beyond impressed with Megerian Rugs and Carpet Cleaning. I’ve had these rugs cleaned by another company last year, and honestly, they didn’t come back looking half as good as they do now. To be fair, I haven’t seen my rugs look this vibrant and clean since the day I originally bought them!
The entire process was pretty seamless. Their communication was excellent from the start, and their pricing is incredibly transparent. The pick-up and delivery service was also top-tier, on time, professional, and very careful with my home.
