ER-Dox Urgent Care of Freeport - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Everyone was super friendly which was great when you are sick!

The waiting area was clean. Receptionist very pleasant and welcoming. Doctor was patient and willing to hear the problem and give a solution.

I love it because they have very good care and it's close to home for me ? blessings to all the staff at the ER-Dox urgent Care of Freeport center!!?❤️

The experience at the facility itself was top notch.. waited for 2-3 mins to be triaged and another minute to be seen by the doc. The receptionist Debbie was not so nice. Called before going and she said 30-40 mins wait … she lied because I wasn’t even there that long . And her attitude at the front desk was disgraceful. I came to pay her my copay she never looked to see what I had to pay if any … didn’t want to be bothered at all.. not welcoming to patients and a bit racist … a white man walked in and she was all over with happiness … she makes for a very bad first impression … doctor and nurse made up for it beautifully

Frankie the nurse is very good.

The visit was for my 8 yr old.
She was complaining of a soar throat. After a quick examination.
Turns out she was okay.
The service was great. No long wait.
All staff members did a great job.

I was very impressed with the receptionist (kind, caring, professional). And I don't usually allow P.A.'s to practice on me. I am a retired teacher but this one was all the above also. Thanks

I visited this location today. They were helpful, professional, and respectful. The wait time was very short.

I been to this facility 2 times in the last 4 days. Once for my granddaughter. Then today for myself. Both times I was greeted by friendly receptionists, doctors, nurses & staff. Check in was fast & easy. Wait time was very short. The doctor explained what was going on with us and answered all the questions that we had. I was treated like family.I would highly recommend ER-DOXs (Freeport Sunrise HWY) to everyone I Know. Well done. DC
