Tried a lot of spots for a beard trim in Hempstead & Valley Stream area, but nothing comes close to New York Master Barbers. They actually listen to how I want my beard shaped, and line ups are perfect. The chair is super comfortable and they even throw in a hot towel (which feels amazing). Appointments run on time (most of the time lol), and the atmosphere is relaxed but still professional. Highly recommend for anyone who cares how they look.
I’ve been getting my haircuts at New York Master Barbers in Franklin Square for over a year now and every single visit is on point. Gali really knows how to do a skin fade that actually lasts and grows in clean. Shop is always clean, never feels rushed, and the hot towel shave is worth it alone. Easy to get to from Garden City and West Hempstead. Price is fair and service is top notch. Don’t waste time with chains, this place is the real deal.
I’ve been going to New York Master Barbers for over 15 years now, and their consistency is a major reason I keep coming back. Their scheduling system is reliable, they’re always available with great hours, and there’s little to no wait every time (make sure you call for your appointment!).
