The veterinarian gave my cat innoculation shots when I had brought Sketzball in because he got into something toxin and was writhing in agony. Of course because my cat was not treated properly he died. FREDONIA ANIMAL HOSPITAL told us we should of brought the cat into them but at the time we did not know they had emergency hours. The woukd of given our beloved pet antitoxins and put him on an IV drip and saves his life. NEVER bring a seriously sick animal to this very ignorant man who charged me 300 for a set of innoculations which the others vets told me was totally an incorrect procedure treatment for a cat in toxic shock. This guy is HORRIBLE.

Was there today and my final time. Jean was on the phone for a customer and her tone changed got nasty. Rrad off a confirmation number to someone and said R as in ridiculous P as in pain in a smart tone as normal for her. After hanging up she said to the other female staff member see what I did there and the other lady laughed yes i did. Now I see many complaints about Jean I have been mis treated many many times from her. Also prices here have turned into a massive rip off. I will be sharing all my experiences with everyone we know. Why is Jean still employees there?? She is the face of your business when we arrange leave what a bad experience for many of us. Time for a change for me and should be for this business also

I can't say enough about how amazing Forestville Animal Hospital is!!!! We have been coming here for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. The office staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate and find time to fit us into the busy schedule with urgent pet care needs. We were ecstatic when Kim joined the staffing crew there as we adored her at the previous office we transfered from. Dr Bache and Dr Powell are just amazing at their jobs. We have 3 large dogs and have been seen and treated for severe allergic reactions to, anal gland removals, to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency which was very scary. But Dr Bache always knows what's best for our fur babies and gets them back up and in good health very quickly. We have had a few instances where we had to call after hours for emergency care and Dr Bache always made time to meet us in the office so our dogs could be seen. This office provides peace of mind knowing your pets are in good hands!!!! I would have given them 100 stars if it was possible!!!!!

The lady with the grey white curly hair needs to be gone. I have an abused rescue and she came to the waiting room and told me she was taking him back for his shot. I asked if could go and she said no and yanked his leash so hard his collar came up over his ear. Then she made a production in the waiting room about me wanting to be with him. I got up and took his leash from her and took him to the back. I don’t care how nice the vet is, the other staff or anyone else. I will not walk in those doors again.

I have never been to forestville animal hospital. My vet couldn't fit me in for an emergency. I call forestville. They daid they were booked until February. Then my phone rang and the Dr said bring him right in. What an amazing Dr and place. Thank you so much for helping my furbaby. You and your staff were so great!! You now have a new customer.

Dr. Bache is such a good doctor, he’s very kind, explains everything thoroughly, listens to you, goes above and beyond, he’s overall very helpful. He’s not one of those doctors who just wants your money, he always recommends what is truly best for your pet and he wouldn’t have certain things done, if he didn’t truly believe it would help. I believe he’s the only doctor at this animal hospital, but he’s very efficient and gives all patients enough time and attention. Ps: he handled my dog very well, my dog was not too fond of him (he was being aggressive ) and he was acting up, but Dr. Bache took care of him so well. The nurses are very kind and helpful. The receptionists are very patient and nice, there is one older lady at the desk who always seems a bit grumpy, but she doesn’t necessarily bother me lol. I highly recommend this vet!! ?

This hospital is amazing we have 4 dogs and have had several emergencies over the years and the vet always answers his emergency line and gets us right in . Truly thankful for this veterinarian and his amazing staff ❤️
