After a horrible experience at the dry cleaners next door, the customer service here was perfection. They were understanding, compassionate and patient with me. I literally walked in with tears and received a much needed hug, tissues and was told that all would be ok (I'm new to the neighborhood so this was much appreciated). I look forward to giving them more of my business!

If I could give Helen/Omega Cleaner’s additional stars I would because they are a 10 out of 10! I have been loyal to this business for over 15+ years. Even after moving further away and having several dry cleaners on my block, I still choose this location- hands down. Helen takes pride in her work and has always delivered exceptional results. She is an experienced and professional seamstress who is dedicated to customer satisfaction! I trust her with all my alteration/dry cleaning needs- she is an amazing and honest person who has earned my loyalty! Thank you Helen!

Helen is amazing!!!! I take a lot of alterations there and I love the outcome. I refer so many of my coworkers to Helen because she is amazing. Of course there are other Dry Cleaners in the area but you will not get the same service that Helen pro ides.. Helen and her husband take pride in their work. Trust me, you will be very happy.
