I made an appointment for 2:30 PM but my feet were soaking for 30 minutes. The owner profusely apologized and when I went to feed the meter she gave me quarters (6 to be specific) which I thought was a very nice gesture. She explained that the customer ahead of me initially wanted a mani-pedi th4m decided she wanted a facial. I couldn't fault her for that but appreciate that she told me and again kept apologizing. Because they were now running late because of that customer, the owne did my feet. Came here twice so far. It's a hole in the wall spot and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciate. Each time I came, it's been busy so I think I should start making reservations. It's also been slightly difficult to find parking near there. First time, I came for a mani pedi which was only $18 so you can't beat that. I heard you can pay an extra $5 and buy your own set of tools. I will admit the only complaint I had during the mani pedi was when she pushed back the cuticles, felt like it was a bit aggressive and painful. The second time, I came for a wax.
