Augustine was extremely helpful when we had to plan my mom's funeral. As first generation Chinese Americans, we had some idea of the rituals that were so important to my mom but weren't well versed. Granted there are differences from village to village in China, but he help guide us in the preparation. He was respectful to our wishes, the cost of the funeral, and guided us during the actual funeral to all the customs. I told him it takes someone special to have empathy and kindness to do this job, and he definitely is a shiny example! It's my godfather's funeral. Augustine, Jason, Nancy's service is very professional, considerate and meticulous. We are very grateful for their help, so that our family can send the elderly on their way with peace of mind. Thanks again to Central Funeral Home.
