My wife and I joined this gym on 3/11/24. It has been a great experience! It fits our work schedule. We enjoy the workout classes, the coaches and the community. The workouts really push you and the coaches work with you to make sure you are doing things properly. If you are looking for group sessions and a great workout to get into, this is your place. I highly recommend you come and check it out!

I have been working out at this gym since March 2024 and I appreciate the individual attention and feedback. The environment is welcoming and everyone is friendly and trainers familiarize themselves with each member names which is always nice to be remembered and not just another face. Trainers are very knowledgeable in workouts and providing input on nutrition. I’ve been training for 3 weeks and I already see results. They motivate and push you to be better.

I’ve been coming since August 2023. Love the gym and the trainers. Everyone makes it a warm inviting environment. They help modify workouts to your body but they push you to your best potential.
