I just signed up for Homeserve yesterday, and am still in the ten day waiting period before the contract begins. Due to a poor distribution of heat affecting our main living areas, I called Homeserve this morning to see if they could dispatch someone on an emergency basis before the big storm this weekend. They were so helpful and got a technician in within 3 hours of my call! John was really thorough, kind, and did his best to address the issue. Turns out we have a major airflow problem, and there will be work needed in the future. He was able to quickly diagnose and rectify the problem for the time being. Thank you for coming to the rescue! Before calling homeserve, we had other people whom we had called who either could not make it due to distance and weather, or who made the original problem a bit worse. I am glad I signed up!
We had a leaky valve and a couple of more things to fix. Mathew was very competent, professional , and very pleasant. He went to work immediately after He listened attentively to what was wrong with our heating system. He’s very neat and efficient. We were extremely pleased with Mathew’s work.
