It is very clean and they are very friendly but like in any medical center, I feel that you waste more time than you should, if you already have an appointment you should come in to see you at that time but that is not the case and you have to wait longer

Staff is amazing, very professional, attentive and easy to communicate with. The wait time can be a bit long but the ladies behind the desk stay busy trying to accommodate all patients. Their bilingual skills help things move swiftly. The doctors are just as great as they put your physical and mental health primary and insure you the patient receive all services available. Over all the entire staff helps you feel welcomed and the facility offers serval different services.

First review was 8 months ago (was 5 stars), updating to 2 stars now. I understand that COVID has burnt out the health care industry. I get it. I completely do. If you're burnt out take a break. We need good health care providers and I feel that now that COVID hit, they are exhausted.This clinic you will stand in a long line outside the door early when they open, and once you get inside you will wait for hours. I absolutely love my kids pediatrician. She is wonderful. And the front desk staff are nice, I've never had an issue with them. The security guards have changed numerous times. But for Far Rockaway this all we have.
