Outstanding responsiveness and honest, caring, medical professionals. Was referred to Dr. Howard and Brittany and have been DELIGHTED with the way things are going. With the messaging platform, we're able to get responses timely and communicate remotely. Upon coming in for a visit it was clear how well the facility is managed - even with COVID, the experience was exactly what I was looking for.I was fortunate that the office was accepting new patients (very difficult to find good, caring doctors in Rochester!) and look forward to being loyal for years to come.
Dr. John Genier is my primary physician. I had asked the head of a major department at Rochester General Hospital who his doctor was, and he recommended Dr. Genier very highly. I have been delighted with his care, the depth of his knowledge and the fact that he really does keep up with the journals. He is kind, open, understanding, and never judgmental. On two occasions when Dr. Genier was away, I was treated by Dr. Howard and Dr. Kopp. They were both excellent too.I can't recommend this practice too highly. It reflects so well on the quality of medical education provided by the University of Rochester.
Dr. Kopp is alright for me, we don't see eye to eye on everything but he seems to take his time with his patients, asking specifics that help get you somewhere with whatever's going on. The nursing/office staff is mostly good, one of the nurses is genuine and friendly even if you're feeling terrible or insane. A few women have been unsmiling and brusque, or just stared way too long when I clearly felt very anxious already. But not everyone understands and accepts certain conditions, particularly mental, and this isn't the worse place to go if you have some of those.
