So, I just had Brian replace my water pump - he had previously replaced my system's tank. I was completely satisfied with both his responsiveness and the quality of his work. Normally, I don't really do any recommending for anything [sic], but, as most likely, you're looking here because you have a problem with your well - (pump, tank, whatever), I can help you out by suggesting that you stop looking and just call this guy!

Brian came to the house, checked out our jet pump system, ordered $6 in parts for me to pick up, gave me instructions, and headed off to work. An hour later not only did we have water but also more water pressure than we have ever had in the last 25 years. All free of charge. If you have well issues BK Nalepa is the company to call.

PLEASE READ THIS........Brian and his crew is absolutely amazing our water pump went at our house we called auchanahi for an emergency service and they were great they came right out but unfortunately they charged us $4,400 and couldn't get the water pump out told us our well collapsed would have to get that fixed first which was 12,000 then would have to pay them an additional 8643 to come back out to fix the water pump on top of The 4400 which they didn't do anything. BK was the only company that didn't tell me 2 to 4 months or not at all he truly is amazing. With having children we felt helpless he was out the next day didn't charge us for the estimate.... read full review
