I cannot recommend Arctic Bear enough! We had them install ductless air conditioning and the entire process was amazing. They had someone come out the same day to do an estimate, and then come back out a few days later just to answer all of our questions! The install was so smooth and speedy, and everything works like a charm. Friendly people with incredible service!
Before the tech came out we got a text and email with techs name and picture..way awesome..then Eric arrived and went right to work without alot of bush beating he told us that our furnace had been improperly installed and that it would very expensive to fix it and being on a set income that in itself is amazing..we were already considering changing heat source..So big shout out to Artic Bear..they are friendly..right to the point and explain in detail what is wrong..not one to milk the clock or your bank account
Crew arrived as scheduled, all were courteous and well trained. Work was completed in a timely manner and to the specs of the contract. Crew cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. Techs were thorough in explaining new product and helpful with any questions we had.
