We were thrilled with our entire experience with Westchester Fireplace. From our first phone call to the purchase of our new gas fireplace Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Marcelo installed the fireplace and was immaculate when he removed the old one and replaced it with the new one. Marcelo was also courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Westchester Fireplace!

Westchester Fireplace converted our wood burning fireplace to gas about a year ago. i recently turned it on for the first time this season. I was having trouble with it shutting down. I called and spoke to Victor. He was incredibly responsive and scheduled an appointment for the same day. He was prompt, knowledgable and helpful. He fixed the problem and explained how to avoid it happening again. I would recommend them.

We had a new mantle installed by Westchester Fireplace. It looks absolutely beautiful. They were also professional, courteous, and took time to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend them!
