I am writing this for Dr. Farzana Aziz on behalf of my brother who was a patient of this doctor. Our experience was extremely disappointing and has caused our family a great deal of stress and concern.
From the beginning, the doctor’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My brother often felt that his concerns were not being taken seriously, and whenever he tried to explain his symptoms or ask questions, he was met with impatience rather than understanding. A patient who is seeking medical help deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
We were also very concerned about the quality of care and treatment provided. In our opinion, important concerns were overlooked, and my brother’s condition continued to worsen rather than improve. Today, he is struggling to walk properly and is dealing with serious health challenges that have had a major impact on his daily life. Watching him go through this has been heartbreaking for our family.
What was even more upsetting was that when concerns were raised about his treatment and care, instead of addressing those concerns professionally, the doctor chose not to continue seeing him as a patient. We felt abandoned at a time when he needed medical support the most.
This experience left us feeling unheard, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. We trusted this doctor with my brother’s health and expected professional care, clear communication, and genuine concern for his well-being. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope this feedback encourages greater accountability, better patient communication, and more compassionate care for future patients.

I have been Dr. Farzana's patient for over 10 years. She was always rough but over the past few years she has become very rude. She literally insults her patients. I go there only for convenience but I just realized you end up wasting more time sitting there for hours. She is not professional at all. Always in a bad mood and yelling at her patients and staff.

If I could I would give her a negative. Fauzia Kazmi is the most incompetent doctor. She doesn’t care about her patients at all and doesn’t actually know how to treat any other illness except a cough. Also, you have to wait 2 hours to see her because her staff doesn’t know what an appointment means. Drive a little further and get a better doctor.

The worst doctor. They made me move my car when there were no signs that said this is the doctor's reserved parking. She didn't even apologize for the situation but instead kept honking and then yelled from her car. I was clueless unetil a nurse came and told me to move. This doesnt account to how rude she us inside m Never again.

Doctor Is very professional, very good doctor, but the stuff is zero. The don't speak English, they only car about people who came from Pakistan like them. They cannot understand one word in English, I don't see why clinic hire unqualified people to do custome service. One is for my doctor.
