Wonderful experience beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, Emily was very nice to work with and educated me on everything! I tried out the community salt room and completed my self care day with the sauna and red light therapy, it was amazing. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Emily as a massage therapist for anyone that that trains or plays sports. As someone who trains regularly, I’ve had my fair share of tight muscles and post-workout soreness, and this was by far one of the most effective massages I’ve ever had. Emily really understood where the tension was and worked through it with the perfect balance of pressure and technique. I left feeling looser, more mobile, and ready to get back to training. A game-changer for recovery!
