“Hot water tank rusted through the bottom - of course at 11pm on a holiday . I called Allen's answering service , received immediate reply and within 20 minutes Kris came to shut the gas and water off - 8am this morning Allen's called to let me know they would be here with the new hot water tank. The old tank was replaced and removed by 9:20 am . I would give them 10 stars if I could - competent, polite & efficient are only a few ways I could describe . My house was built in 1890 and has a full dirt basement. Comes complete with dirt , cobwebs and I'm sure spiders , so you can imagine it's not an easy job!!!
