I purchased a tonneau cover for my Chevy Silverado and put the cover on myself. Missed the foam end parts during installation, when I told service manager Garcia about it she said no problem bring it by the next day they would have a tech adjust it for me I was so please with prompt service that I received I will recommend friends and family to West Herr!!!

Outstanding amazing service! The best dealership I have been to in my 62 year life! When I asked their secret they simply said “you have to treat people right” I can not express enough how unbelievable West Herr was from making the appointment to servicing my vehicle! Steve Shellcross is by far of the best in the sales world. I leased my traverse 3 years ago and again this week a second traverse. Steve answered everyone of my calls this past year about the post covid market. If you are serious and know what you want with out the gimmicks he's your guy.
