This was my first visit at CNY Eye Care. The intake info was easy to complete on their portal using the set up I received from their office about 1 month ahead. When I arrived there was a minor glitch but the team took control of that situation and made things right for me. I can't be more appreciative as I had taken a whole afternoon off of work to get this appointment 3 months in advance.The eye exam was very thorough and the contact lens fitting is spot on.I feel well cared for from the team at CNY Eye Care.Be sure when you call for an appointment you are specific if you need to be fitted for contact lenses.Glad to have a new home for my eye care.

I have been going to Dr. Schiomos for over 25 years. He's an excellent optometrist and I have had nothing but good experiences with him and the office.Dr. Schiomos takes the time to do a very thorough examination and explain the findings to me along with telling me what to watch for in the future. The office front-end staff and the opticians are wonderful. Extremely polite and ensuring that I am not sitting in the waiting room or exam room for a long period of time.The opticians, Karen and Marjorie, gave very candid opinions regarding the frames I and they had picked (yea or nay). Very friendly staff and clean offices. Did not feel like they took my vision concerns seriously. After repeat (imo expensive) visits I am still having the same issues with only a better fitting lens. Not a great value.
