About 7 years ago, I wandered into Inner Spirit and asked if they could teach me how to do yoga. Not only did they teach me yoga, but they taught me to love it. Roni herself is a truly gifted teacher who is consistently able to have you push your limits, while not pressuring you. I'm very grateful for all she's taught me and continue to learn from her, as well as the rest of the staff, every time I practice. Yoga has been the greatest thing and I can't imagine having a better experience than I've enjoyed at Inner Spirit.

Never thought I'd say this but what an experience! After my accident I gave up on all types of exercise because I fear I would injure myself. My sister has been begging for me to give it a chance. I'm glad I finally did. The instructor has help show me what stretches I can do with slight modifications. I feel amazing!

I discovered Inner Spirit Yoga Center and Roni Yaari, creator of the center, in 2010-2011 in an attempt to find authentic and rich teachings of Yoga, including not only asana (the physical practice of postures), but the contemplative, meditative, and study of philosophy that seems hard to come by.
