Great experience, very thoughtful and kind and caring staff all the way around. I’ve been going to the vet for years and I highly recommend them. I’ve never had one bad experience.
Have been a client since Nov 2019 and love the practice. Even with the pandemic and the increase of ownership of pets that came with the pandemic the practice has always been great. Dr Yohay is the primary vet for my two dogs but all the vets in the practice are great. For "emergency" and last minute appointments that are sick related they are almost always able to fit you in that day if you are an established patient. For regular check ups, it's best to schedule a couple days out. The office staff is amazing and compassionate. Dr.Joy Chen is the bestShe listens to your questions, she did precautions,trying to find answers, did blood work, ajusted medication . My cat Lucy,looks so much better, she's back to being a happy cat again ? Will be going back for follow up and blood work !This is the kind of doctor you wished you had as a human....Very clean,easy parking.
