Very disappointed with Johnston's customer service and do not recommend this company. I don't write reviews but I felt with the lack of sympathy this deserved to be shared. I called Johnston's to schedule a cleaning about a month ago, notifying them that my housekeeper called me saying that my renters had made quite a mess so far on the dining room chairs, dining room rug and couch. I pre-scheduled them a month advance to come clean up when the renters checked out as I had another renter checking in two days later.
