I've been very satisfied with my animals treatment. Appointments are fast and orderly. Vets always hear concerns and discuss options. Cost is reasonable for most services.

This might be the best vet ever. But I’ll never know. Whoever answers the phone is horribly rude. I recently moved to the area and my cat had an ear infection. When I called, I was put on hold for close to 7 minuets. When I explained that I was new to the area and looking for a vet to treat my cat’s ear infection, I was immediately told it would be 2-3 weeks before a new client would be seen. I’m sure this wonderful woman did not even bother to check before blowing me off. This clinic has 5 (?) vets and they’re all booked every day for nearly a month? Parking lot never seems that busy when I drive past.

Seneca Animal Hospital has been taking care of my family's dogs all my life. I am so glad they are now able to care for my golden girl the same way. I can't say that I moved back to the Buffalo area for affordable pet care, but it is a serious perk. Everyone on the team is amazing, and I trust them with my girl.

Terrible place to work. Very judgemental staff/management. Some staff will call around other clinics and talk bad about you. Weird rules that don't apply to all. Lisa is a giant problem, always behind her workload, but always gossiping in her office. Did not respect 2 weeks notice. Do not recommend .
